Dave - has a very long meeting with Roy Walker in his Imaginarium, then he's up to assorted business
Aled - has a day of meetings - to chat Ibiza, Sara Cox, the Chris Moyles Show and Sex Night coming this Sunday on BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra
Freya - is going for lunch with Sara Cox and Dave
Matt - see above (but minus the Sex Night part) and then tonight he's having dinner with his housemates, who haven't all been together for ages
Dom - (had to leave to read the news, so we're not sure what he's doing today)
Tina - is off sick
