Chris - is off to the gym and then he has a meeting with some of the team at lunchtime
Dave - has some writing to do, then he has a meeting and then he'll be meeting Roy Walker later on for another creative session
Dom - has no massive plans of any description
Tina - will be catching up with emails and all the work she's missed whilst being sick
Aled - has a meeting with Chris at lunchtime and then will be going to playlist
Freya - also has a meeting with Chris and is only eating protein
Matt - has a meeting, then he's going to playlist then tonight he's going over to his friend's for dinner who's getting a pet hedgehog
