Dave - is thinking about going ice skating again and then he's going to do dark wash
Dom - is presenting Newsbeat at lunchtime and then enjoying the sun (and recovering from his stand-up from Friday night)
Aled - in honour of Tina, he's going to do his day in reverse - he's going to go home to sleep and then come into work later
Freya - has lots of work to do in the office and then she's going to the gym and tonight she's doing a coloured wash
Matt - is going out for lunch with two very nice colleagues and then tonight he's going to do a whites wash
Tina - is off sick today
