Dave - is up to assorted business in the office, then he's off to co-host the Moan In with Richard Bacon on 5Live this afternoon
Tina - is going to be sleeping lots so she gets better
Matt - is going to playlist at lunchtime and then tonight he's cooking for his housemate
Dom - is interviewing Jennifer Aniston and then he hasn't got a lot to do afterwards
Aled - also has the playlist meeting
Freya - is having her fringe cut over the road then going and interviewing Jennifer Aniston
