Chris - might go for a run later this afternoon and then he'll be preparing for his basketball captaincy tomorrow night
Dave - has a photoshoot and then he's going ice skating
Dom - is writing and recording the Oddbox
Tina - has lots of work to do today and she'll be getting very excited about tomorrow night's basketball match (by the way, did she mention that she's spoken to Jay-Z)
Aled - has record company appointments, then he's going on a course and then he's off to the gym
Sam - has more meetings, a lunch in the canteen - fancy - and then karaoke in a hip hop styleee later!
Matt - will be recovering from a hangover, although he may be going out later
