Usher Adds Dev and the Cataracs, Tinie Tempah to "OMG" Tour
As Usher prepares for the upcoming launch of the second North American leg of his acclaimed "OMG Tour," the multi-platinum recording artist has invited special guests Dev and The Cataracs as well as Tinie Tempah to appear at select dates of the tour, alongside previously announced superstar Akon.
