Chris: has a meeting with Aled, then he'll be going to the gym, having a suit fitting for his new TV series and then learning the script for the he's recording tomorrow
Dave: will be taking his car in for a service, picking his daughter up from school and working out the best way to this without a car
Dom: will be presenting the 12:45 Newsbeat programme, attending lots of meetings and then going back home to terrorise the neighbourhood (as it's Halloween!)
Tina: is having a nap, waking up to do lots of work and then needs to sort out her road tax
Aled: has a busy week ahead so will be using today as his sleep day
Matt: has three back-to-back meetings, record company appointments, then tonight he's going out with two good mates
