Chris - has a meeting about the Children In Need Rocks concert, then he's off to the gym and then he's buying some cheap clothes for our Truth Or Gunge feature
Dave - will be having a meeting with Roy Walker in his imaginarium, then he's doing the school run and then having a chicken salad for his tea
Dom - will be presenting Newsbeat at lunchtime, then he's going to have another shower after being gunged today and then tonight he's also doing the school run
Tina - has a meeting, some work bits and bobs to sort and then she's going to try to go to the gym
Freya - is catching up on what's been happening and then having an early night as she's suffering from jet lag
Aled - is going to a school to see how Children In Need money is spent
Matt - will be continuing to sort out Truth Or Gunge and then going for a sleep
