Aled - is off to Chris' and is hosting the Monday Night Pub Quiz for the Marcomms department this morning
Matt - has some mandatory studio training then tonight he's going to have another evening in
Dom - is off to the gym
Tina - will be going to the gym, having a sleep then watching the Manchester Utd v Chelsea game
