Aled - today is all about sleep
Matt - has lots of meetings today, record company appointments this afternoon and then he's having a quiet night in tonight following a rather exciting weekend
Sam - has so many meetings and things to do - and then somehow has to squeeze some time in for injections!
Tina - will hopefully be in bed by 11 this morning so she's fresh as a daisy for presenting 60 Seconds tonight
