Aled - has booked an appointment at his gym, he's meeting a friend at 6 and then he's having dinner with his inlaws

Matt - is going for a long overdue haircut and then tonight he'll be consoling a friend who's just split up with her boyfriend
Dom - has gone to a screening of Gnomeo & Juliet, ahead of him interviewing Sir Elton John this week
