Lena Horne's Estate Sells Her Gowns, Jewelry, Art and Books
The Associated Press reports that the estate of sultry jazz singer and actress Lena Horne sold some of the fancy gowns, jewelry, fine art and books that filled her New York City apartment. Miss Horne's artifacts were put up for sale. More than 200 items went for sale at the Doyle New York auction
