Chris - is having a cup of tea with Big Boss Ben
Tina - will be cursing Aled for getting his illness and then spending the day Christmas shopping
Dom - is also spending today Christmas shopping
Dave - is going up North with his daughter Nicole
Aled - now that he's passed on his cold to Tina he's feeling much better and will therefore be attending all the meetings today that he's missed during the week!
Freya - is going to a gossip with Aled and Matt and then writing her Christmas wish list
Matt - has a few meetings, then tonight he's playing some records for a Christmas do in Shropshire
