Chris - will be recording links for the Radio 1 Free Download, meeting some mates to have a catch up whilst drinking tea, then getting ready for tomorrows show as we have a massive BBC Radio 1Xtra announcement and the X Factor panel; Kelly Rowland, Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh will be coming in!
Dave - will be recording links for the Radio 1 Free Download, doing a few jobs, picking the car up from the garage and then having a kip
Dom - will be doing Newsbeat's Odd Box and then probably have a turbo sleep which could well begin at 6pm tonight
Tina - has a couple of meetings, going food shopping, then catching up on Boardwalk Empire and True Blood
Aled - preparing for our big BBC Radio 1Xtra announcement tomorrow with Kelly Rowland and her friends Gary, Tulisa and Louis and then going to the gym
Matt - is off to a city somewhere in the UK to recce some suitable venues for an exciting Christmas event involving the show
