Chris - has a meeting with big boss Ben and then he's going to the gym - it's his first day back, so has lots of meetings
Dave - also has a meeting and then he's going to go skating later on
Dom - is presenting the lunchtime edition of Newsbeat and then he'll be playing with his new puppy
Tina - is going through all her emails and then she'll be doing lots of exercise
Aled - is going through all the emails he got whilst he was off and then is planning our trip to Leeds
Freya - is gossiping with Aled about whats been happening while he's been off
Matt - is catching up with an old colleague and another very good friend tonight
