Chris - has a couple of meetings, then he's off to the gym and later he'll be getting a sports massage; tonight he'll be feeling sorry for himself by staying in and watching television
Dave - has a meeting with Roy Walker in his Imaginarium, then he's off ice skating and this afternoon he's on Richard Bacon's show on 5Live
Sam - has a variety of meetings, more meetings and more meetings!
Aled - today consists of meetings, responding to emails, apologising to people he was short with yesterday and then going to playlist
Matt - is off to playlist at lunchtime and then this evening he's catching up on some sleep
Tina - has a day dedicated to sleep
