Chris - is having a meeting with his new Executive Producer and friend Rhys Hughes, then he's getting some ingredients to do some cooking - tonight he's going to attempt chicken fajitas
Dave - is going to treat himself to a rare sleep this afternoon and then he's training from 5 till 7
Dom - has a news meeting he has to attend at 1 and then he has to return a few items to some shops
Tina - is going to the same boring meeting as Dom
Aled - is going to the gym again
Matt - will be sorting out all the arrangements for our Dancing On Ice trip tomorrow and then tonight his flatmate is cooking for him - he's going to copy Chris' suggestion of chicken fajitas
Sam - is on a recce today for a secret project which may be happening next week
