Chris - has his first gym session today in a few weeks with his trainer and then later on he'll be wishing his Mum a happy birthday
Dave - is going to do a load of washing
Dom - will be enjoying the sunshine as he predicts that today will be the last day of warm weather for a while
Tina - is staying in the office to do some work and then she's having an al fresco lunch
Aled - is doing lots of future planning with Sam and then he's getting air conditioning fitted at his house
Sam - has got lots of work to do today
Matt - has meetings, then appointments then tonight he's packing for a holiday to Florida for his Dad's birthday!
