For Chris it's Day 2 of going to the gym and being bread free.
Dave will be receiving his choreography for this Sunday's DOI performance
Dom will be doing the news and then various stuff
Tina is meeting a friend for lunch and then will be coooking dinner later
Aled will be going to the gym to see his trainer
Sam will be eating some cherry pie and working very hard - as Matt is poorly sick.
