Aled - is going to the gym again
Matt - will be sorting out all the arrangements for our Dancing On Ice trip tomorrow and then tonight his flatmate is cooking for him - he's going to copy Chris' suggestion of chicken fajitas

James Blunt - So Far Gone - Atlantic Records
After two number one albums, James Blunt seems to have found a formula for writing music that works, and stuck to it.Some voices are simply classic, some are simply ordinary but very few are simply instantly recognisable. To anyone who grew up with the seminal albums �Allman Brothers Live at Fillmore East� or �Brothers & Sisters� the high tones of Gregg Allman fall into the instantly recognisable and it is great to hear those tones belting out some Blues classics on his first new album for 14 years.
New album from Plain White T's, and also a self confessed new direction for the new year, but still with their staples of romatic and cosy pop songs.AWOLNATION, the eclectic brain child of Aaron Bruno�s multifaceted musical endeavours originally hails from California, having previously fronted Under the Influence of GiantsThere is no question that tonight�s headliners The Coral are fantastic musicians and are probably one of the most underrated bands in the UK at the moment. Looking like a scally version of Westlife the boys perched themselves upon three stools front of stage and rewarded those lucky enough to get a ticket with a set of crystal clear acoustic bliss.Kicking of the year with a good Blues gig has always felt like the right way to go for me and seeing the reformed SALT at Pete Feenstra�s latest North London venue was worth waiting a couple of weeks for.

Wirral X Factor fans were treated to a showcase of talent at Birkenhead's Pacific Road venue last night as former contestants Cher Lloyd and Wagner performed to a young crowd as part of a Pop Factory Live show.One of the hardest things to do in music is to make you feel a sense of loss for someone you have never met and whose life didn�t touch you in any way. Some weeks ago I reviewed The Whiskey Priest�s latest album, Wave And Cloud. It was something beautiful. Touching. So I decided I would try and arrange an interview with Seth, the singer songwriter from The Whiskey Priest to found out, first of all, where he got this amusingly bizarre name from.Renowned worldwide as the front man of Nine Inch Nails and heralded as one of the most influential figures in US rock history, Trent Reznor needs little introduction. An established and respected music producer, he has worked with the likes of Marilyn Manson, Saul Williams and Jane�s Addiction and is the foundingHailing from Essex, Morning Parade are currently one of the most hotly tipped bands for 2011. Look on the internet and you will see that every reputable music and style site across the board including Gigwise, Q The Music, Clash, i-D, Vogue.it and ASOS are tipping this youngWheels are George Runciman (Vocals/Guitar), Felix Howes (Guitar), Yacob Andersen (Bass) and Stirling Mitchell (Drums), a band of fresh-faced London boys who emulate Britpop cool and create credible guitar pop - think Blur, not Busted. Their influences span at least five decades and include David BowieTrain�s chequered 16 �year career seems to be heading for a more definite and successful direction lately.
