Vivendi sells small chunk of Activision, denies it is stretched by EMI purchase

Questions as to whether Universal is able to fund its purchase of EMI have been raised after owner, Vivendi sold 3% of its prized stake in Activision Blizzard ? the makers of Call Of Duty ? yesterday.
