It's only bloomin' Tuesday :(
Chris - has a meeting with his accountant which is going to be fabulously exciting and then tonight he might treat himself to an hour with his new computer game Call Of Duty which he purchased yesterday
Dave - has a Twinterview, then he's picking up Nicole from school and taking her swimming
Dom - will also be taking his daughter swimming tonight
Aled - is going to see his physio and then he's going to try to have an evening out with a friend
Matt - will be meeting up with Roy Walker, having a nice lunch and then going for a run tonight
Freya - is organising Christmas on the show
Tina - is off sick with an ulcer in the eye
